Any boys varsity basketball playesr that would like a sub for tonight’s game, please stop at the office to sign up.

There is an assortment of jewelry, keys and misc. items in the lost and found at the office. If you have misplaced something this year please stop at the office to see if it is in our collection.

Iowa Central will be offering Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology online this summer as well as the 75 hour nurse aide course on campus in Webster City.  If you are interested in this free opportunity, please see Mrs. Gelder ASAP.

Players in grades 6 through 8 are invited to attend a series of softball camps. They will be held on Sunday, February 23 and Sunday, March 8 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. There is no cost to attend. The camps will be held at the Hegland’s shed at 2865 312th Street in Ellsworth. Parents are welcome to help or just watch. Players should bring gloves, bats and helmets if they have them. Track and golf season are soon approaching.  If you are needing updated physical paperwork, please stop at the office for the forms.

The South Hamilton School Foundation Trivia Night is Saturday March 7, 2020.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and questions start at 7:00 p.m. Adults and 9th-12th grade students are welcome.  The cost is $100 per table or $15 per person with 8 players per table max. The team with the highest score gets $100 cash prize.  An anonymous donor will sponsor the registration fee for the first three student teams to sign up. Please sign up in the superintendent’s office.

Music teachers Don & Delayna Beattie of Jewell are inviting the public to sing songs from the musical “Frozen” to be performed at the Free Will Fundraiser of the Jewell Market being held at the Jewell Country Club, Saturday, February 29th at 5:00pm.

We welcome young people of all ages to join us on Monday Feb. 17th from 3:30-5:30pm at the Jewell United Church of Christ to practice.  For further information call 618-201-7126.
